You are purchasing a premium virtual service designed to help gig workers who have been deactivated or are stuck on the Instacart waitlist appeal those decisions and regain access to the Shopper app. The base package is $250 and includes two on-call phone consultations with our team to:

• Clarify the status of your account(s)
• Strengthen your appeal process with tailored guidance

Yes! During checkout, you’ll be asked whether you’ve created any additional accounts beyond your primary. If so, you’ll have the option to add them to your appeal. Each add-on is $55 per additional account and will be processed with the same level of care and strategy as your primary case.

Once your payment is complete, you will receive a unique verification link via email and another via SMS for each account associated with your name and likeness. Clicking these links confirms your access and initiates the next steps in your appeal process.

You’ll receive your verification links within a few minutes of checkout. If you don’t see them within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. After verification, your appeal will be processed within an estimated 72 hours.
